The residential complex RIGAS 51 is located in Dzintari, the center of Jurmala.
In a quiet corner among the pines and firs, there are 33 cozy apartments ranging from 50 to 82 m² and a three-story mansion (153 m²), waiting for their tenants.
The house is built in a modern Baltic style. The ventilated facade is decorated with the natural stone and Siberian gavel. Fences made from glass increase the space of balconies.
All apartments are constructed with large panoramic windows. On the first floor there are spacious terraces with the access to a green lawn. There is also an underground parking.
Two- and three-bedroom apartments have a practical layout with the completed interior decoration. The walls and ceiling are painted, parquet is laid out, interior doors, sockets and switches are installed, tiles are installed in the bathrooms and plumbing is installed. The natural materials are used in the finishing mostly: stone tiles, travertine countertops, oak parquet, oak veneer doors.
The territory is presented with the landscaping. There are a children's playground and a bicycle park. Security of tenants is ensured by a video surveillance system.
The project will be commissioned in Spring 2018.
The historical building, placed on the corner of Tallinas and Krasotaju streets, is presently being in the process of the renovation. The architect is Janis Alksnis.
The building’s location is especially convenient for living. The supermarket Rimi, pharmacy, Grizinkal Secondary School named after Herder with German language training, kindergarten, medical and diagnostic center, parks, stadium and fitness center are located nearby. The public transport links are also close to the building.
The project consists of 48 apartments ranging from 24 to 70 m². There are 20 studios, 20 one-bedroom apartments and 8 with two bedrooms. Each apartment contains the rational planning. All apartments are fully furnished only with high-quality materials. The windows of the facade apartments have a high level of sound insulation. Modern technology of facade insulation provides low heating costs. All apartments are provided with IP TV and Internet.
The residents of the house may find bicycle storages and pantries, also a playground and a place for rest in the yard.
The project will be commissioned in Autumn 2018.
Multi-apartment house with commercial premises. Modern architecture of the new building harmoniously coexists with the historical heritage of Art Nouveau.
In a 6-storey building with an elevator, there will be available 23 apartments ranging from 40 to 76 m². On the first floor there is the settled space for a shop or office, which is 140 m², the total area for commercial premises is 270 m².
You can find spacious light two- and three-bedroom apartments with panoramic windows, balconies and high ceilings. A well-thought-out layout allows to use the living space in a rational way. The apartments are offered with the full finishing: parquet, wooden doors, sanitary ware. Only natural and environmentally friendly materials are used in decoration.
Landscaped courtyard with children's playground, parking and bike parking are situated outside the building.
The project is currently proceeding at the stage of architectural design. The beginning of construction process is planned in the year 2019.
The modern residential house with the elegant architecture is located in a quiet quarter of central Riga. The Old Town, the BERGA BAZARS shopping center, parks and boulevards, restaurants, cafes, the rich cultural life of the center of Riga are located within a walking distance.
The building has seven floors, 29 apartments and two commercial premises with the total area of 243 m². An elevator is installed. Starting from the 4th floor, apartments offer the beautiful views of the Old Town from one side and a romantic view of the roofs in the capital’s historical center the from other one.
The project includes cozy one to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 43 to 118 m². The living space is complemented by the wide balconies with the original blinds. Three-chamber double-glazed windows effectively preserve heat and protect inhabitants from noise. All apartments are represented with the interior decoration made with a wide use of natural materials. Bathrooms have heated floors and famous brands’ plumbing. Internet is also provided.
For the tenants' comfort there is the electronic system of accounting for public services.
The courtyard has a fence, is highly lit and landscaped. A well-maintained area is equipped with the children's playground, parking spaces for cars and bicycle parking.
The beginning of the construction of the house is planned for the end of 2017. The commissioning period is the end of the year 2019.
